1990 nissan 240sx running RICH!!!

I ve changed the ( top temp sen ) replaced the plugs , they fouled out in 25mins , so I replaced the O2 sen and plugs , fouled new plug too, so Iordered a fuel presure regulator , went to change it and found a cracked vac line going to what I think maybe the (egr valve)?? . replaced the line and started it ran fine . but it warmed up started too idle rough stalled and would not start . next day started it ran fine till it warmed up, and ran like crap. checked the plugs and they were FOULED.

seems to run fine till it warm up.

I did not want to replace the Fuel presure reg. till I have coverd all my bases!!! PLEASE HELP

Check your fuel pressure to make sure it is with in specs and holds pressure.Also pull the vacuum line off the regulator and see if any fuel is leaking from the regulator diaphragm.Make sure your coolant level is correct too.Did you replace the temp sensor for the Ecu?

SX moneypit, I thank You for your insite to my probelm !!!!!!!I work on boats for a liveing outboard motors 2strokers .

I have owed this car for 13yrs ( Im bad for not haveing a sevice manual ) ,but it has been a good car ,

Tonight I replaced the temp sendor for the ECU ,It ran fine , but I think I need to replace o2 sensor , (whitch will be the 2nd one ) the temp sensor Ireplaced was for the gauge whitch was broke ,the tang was broke so the wire was not hoked up. I hope I can return the 02sensor I bought that is probebly fried LOL maybe its under warrenty lol but atleast I can take back the fuel presure reg I bought , save 80 bucks
