1990 Nissan 240sx BOG!!

I got a 1990 Nissan 240sx coupe with SR20DET Swap the car ran great Until last Month when I give the car gas it BOGS!! very bad Like the car dosent even want to move it bogs and backs fire I was told the alternator was the issue but I took it to autozone and it check out 12 amps im so close to giving up then I was told bad ground how the hell do you check for a bad ground any ideas people

check for a bad gound by using an ohm meter or visually. you may also have igniter issues or fuel issues. check fuel pressure, to check the spark your gonna have to scope it whick is probably beyond your means, however any compitent repair shop with a scope , modis, verus, or even an old gmm should be able to do it. if all these things check out and you have nowhere to go write back and i'de be happy to help you furthur

How do I check for a bad ground? Also i found out my alternator might be bad this car is just driving me nuts i will check what you tiold me to do thank you so much but just direct me how to check grounds
