I have a 1990 240sx with a 2.4 and manual transmission.the car ran fine before, when I took it down to get a roll cage put in it it still ran fine.the guy putting the cage in said when they started it up to pull it in the garage it ran like crap. so when the cage was done,I went and got it and it ran like crap.

I got it home, got it off the trailer and it still ran like crap. now it won't start at all.I pulled the plugs and they are soaking wet with gas.the fuel pump comes on and then shuts off after about 5 seconds.checked the pickup in the distributor cap seems to be good.

checked all the fuses and what relays I could find.it seems like it's dumping too much fuel into the cylinders.I took the plugs out, cleaned them up and dried them off and then it tries to start. then as soon as the plugs get wet again,it's back to just cranking.I also have plenty of fuel in the car. anybody out there that can help? thanks!
