1990 na 2nd cylinder not running...chanced everything help??

I have a 1990 na auto with a 1993 engine, the 2nd cylinder is not running even thou i chanced everything possible to fix it. compression is good, there is fuel and spark but nothing. maybe ecu?? (btw thats the 2nd ecu in the car too). maybe knock sensor?? please help i wanna drive my baby again. oh and im throwing the 34 code so maybe knock sensor?

Knock sensor won't keep it from running. Also, go back over what you have. What is the compression reading? Have you verified you are getting fuel in the cylinder? Is the coil pack sparking at that cylinder? There are only 3 things needed, spark, fuel and air (compression). If the other cylinders are firing normally, then timing is probably fine.

well im gonna change the knock sensor anyway to clear the code and i forgot the last time i did the compression test but i know the reading was in the normal range and there is fuel cuz i change the injector on that cylinder and yes there is spark.
