90 Infiniti M30vg30e engine.automatic transmission

I recently changed my spark plugs. cap and rotor were good.

I started to notice after a few days that it started to feel like its misfiring.

If i'm at a stoplight and i'm stepping on the brake, it feels start to drop down in the rpms.. between 500 to 900.

put it in neutral and its fine with a lil backfiring action.

As soon as I step on the gas, its stuppers a bit.. then once I get about 20 mph it seems fine.

any ideas??? its kinda an emergency.

Thanks
