1990 HICAS light? how to add oil?

I dont have a svc manual yet, and cant seem to find anything specific to adding oil. is it just the power steering fluid reservior? I topped that off but still have the light. It started as being slightly intermittent but ON pretty often to being ON all the time now. Any help will be appreciated
