1990 hatch sr20det

I found a 1990 240sx hatch. It has a sr20 swap and i know it was done right and no short cuts were took when the swap took place. the only problem is there is something wrong with the ecu. I wasnt there long enough to figure out if that was just it but this is what the dude told me. the whole interior is stripped except for the drivers seat, dash and some gauges. The body is straight for the most part just needs paint and a front bumper. In your opinion whats a good price?

true true. I estimated all the parts I need and it comes out to about 3 grand. Im gonna try 2500 and go up from there, im hoping theres no rust under the body that i couldnt see!
