Does the cranks differ from an auto & manual gearbox? IS it possible just to change the flywheels around? This is giving me a headache.... please help before I buy another engine...

Welcome to NICO! I moved this to the sentra forum, hoping you will get some responses there. Good luck!

Are you talking GA16 to GA16? If so, it's plug and play. The cranks are not different.

I assume you are attempting a GA16DE twin cam swap on your GA16i single cam B12 Sentra? If you are, then you will not need a new crank, both GA-series engines have the same crank. In terms of switching from an auto to a manual transmission, you will need to get a flywheel, and ditch your flexplate. The hardest part about the swap is the wiring; the engine is a direct drop-in.
