Okay, so this has really been bugging me since I got this car a few weeks ago, so thanks for bearing with me. Do all G50s have a poor turning radius, or is something potentially wrong with my steering? It's so bad that I have to make 3-point turns just to get into a parking spot. My Y33 is great and has plenty of steering angle/tight radius, but the '90 I have just plain sucks in that department. Is there anything I should look for? Could the previous owner have installed the wrong replacement steering rack (if it has been replaced)? It doesn't have HICAS if that matters. Thanks for any help. I haven't seen this posted on any of the forums I have searched, so sorry if this has been covered somewhere.

Hey, thanks for the link! However, I don't see either the G50 or Y33 listed.

I had found some stats for both cars but they didn't include a unit of measurement, just a number, and they didn't work out to any conversion that made sense (meters / feet, meters / inches, etc).

If all else fails, tighten up the rear sway bar, punch the throttle, and the G50 will pivot on it's front wheels - Not much tighter turning radious than zero, is there?

Never had that problem. Much tighter than FWD cars.

Hmm, I'll check the rack bushings and the alignment in a bit. Maybe I'm getting a weird understeering condition somehow. Thanks guys.

37.3 feet curb to curb same as new BMW 645 or G35 or E55 AMG

vs 41 feet for Audi A8 vs 40 for Ford GT Coupe or 40.7 for BMW M5, 38.2 feet for Accura NSX
