1990 d21 max towing capacity

HELP I have a 1990 d21 4x4 with a ka24 engine. I need to know what the max towing capacity is. Thanks in advance.

Supposedly 3500 lbs with the manual trans, 2000 with the automatic. Use a trailer with trailer brakes.

And a brake controller. And drive slow around corners, lol.

What size brakes do you have? (if you know)
