I have A 1995 Q45 and a 1990 Q45 , I was thinking about swapping the suspension from my 95 q45 to my 90 q45 is there any difference because the suspension on both cars look almost identical

I believe at least the front shock mounting points are different. I would think it's going to depend on how deep you go into the swap. You can compare part numbers by looking at part diagrams on https://parts.infinitiusa.com/

The only thing that's different is the hole size on the front shocks on the 95 Q is bigger than the 1990 Q, but it's a pretty insignificant difference so it should be good. Otherwise, everything should be fine.
