Have you checked all your fuses? Your post is pretty hard to read. One fuse that could be the culprit is "Theft Room L".

Just to answer your question directly- No, the ECU is not involved in the items you are having problems with.
Your issue is most likely a shorted wire/connector or bad fuse (which has the same result as a short) somewhere that is causing all of the problems listed here and in other posts you have made. It could be a engine ground cable broken/detached, a pinched wire somewhere in the stereo area or elsewhere that work has been done previously, or a bad fuse- quite a few things that we can't speculate on since it's not our car and we are not there to see yours, and know it's history. The ONLY way to find the problem is to diagnose the system in an organized manner that will net you the problem area or part...what a professional car electrical shop/person would do, or you can try to do using the fsm as has been suggested many times previously. If you can't do it, find a Nissan-knowledgeable friend or mechanic who can/will, otherwise you will just keep having the same problems and questions.
Don't take this wrong, but maybe this isn't the car for you...I myself have had two or three cars I couldn't handle myself, and sold/traded them for ones I could handle and knew things about. Something to consider, as the Z32 is NOT an easy car to diagnose OR work on, and can be expensive for others to do the work not to mention there are not that many Z32 mechanics around, period.
