1990 300zx Starting issue

i have a 1990 300zx that has been having some issues. the first thing it is doing is spuddering, i re did the timing and now its on. when i go to start it it starts really hesitant and some times does not start at all. it smells really bad of fuel, it is getting spark. it almost seems like it keeps getting flooded. any ideas of what i could try or do?

check all of your fuel lines and clamps from the bottom of the engine bay up, ohm test your injectors, they should all read 11.5-12.5 ohms. also check your TPS, should read .44 volts, clean out your throttle bodies and MAF. swap the PTU if all else fails. run your ecu codes too

Did you set the timing when the engine was warm?
