1990 300zx Not Starting After Plenum Pull

What's up guys so I just finished my first plenum pull and the car doesn't want to start. Initially it started but I had not put in my egr tube bolts so there was an obvious air leak. Turned the car off tightened the bolts down went back to start the car and nothing just cranks but doesn't start... I'm really confused because it had literally started before I tightened the egr tube bolts. I checked the ecu and got no codes. The fuel pump does prime. Not really sure what else to do because the car had previously started not even 15 minutes before I tightened the bolts..
