1990 300ZX non-turbo / VERY LOUD LIFTER NOISE, NEED HYDROLIC LIFTER?

Hi there,

Thank you for reading my posting, I have a 1990 Nissan 300ZX with the VG engine and non-turbo 2+2 I have a very loud lifter noise and cant get it to stop, I have heard from other people that I need to replace the non working lifter and replace it, is it that simple? just replace the non working one? or do I need to replace all the hydrolic lifters in the engine? or can I just do the one thats frozen?and how much do you think it would cost for the part and where in gods creation can I get the part from?
