My nissan 300zx runs rough. This is what i have so far code #34 Destination Sensor circuit S1 Injector circuit. Fouhttps://forums.nicoclub.com/posting.php?mode=post&f=315nd #4 cylinder with only .4v from ecu. Continuity is good but only .4v. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you. Also from what i hear the ecu is no longer available from nissan is this true?

thats supposed to say detonation not destination for the sensor.

Best bet is to use the fsm in the "everything you need to know...Z32" sticky and do the tests and such for the knock sensor. This will indicate whether it's good, bad, or there's another issue such as the connector or ground, etc. and recommend replacement when it's necessary.
Another issue is where it's located, many people will relocate the sensor when replacing to make a return trip easier so it may be beneficial to google knock sensor relocation threads as well.
