Yep; 1 - Your battery was dead. You should be in the green now.
2 - The dropped cylinder is just a coincidence. You already figured out which cylinder it is.
Pull the spark plug out, put the spark plug into the coilpack, and lay the spark plug threads against the plenum.

Have a friend turn over the engine and watch that spark plug to verify spark.
While the spark plug is out, compression test that cylinder.
Good spark, Good compression = Bad fuel.
Check the injector connection for corrosion and clean accordingly.
Ohm test 10~14ohm.
If failed, replace the injector. (I suggest always pulling the plenum to check the valve cover seals and other hoses, doing a coolant bypass if it was never performed, etc.)
