On my 300ZX, the front side marker light with the amber lens and clear lens has both a small bulb (behind the amber lens) and a larger bulb in the clear section of the light housing. (see attached)
I'm going to be in a Judged ZCCA event and want to make sure that the large bulb is also supposed to be amber in color. I don't ever remember changing this bulb but after looking at the housing it seems like this larger bulb should be clear.
Am I wrong?

Preponderance of what's on the net shows the OE bulbs to be 1157A Amber for the larger bulb (turn/park) and 158 or 194 clear for the smaller bulb (side marker). That makes sense, a white turn/park bulb would be a little weird.
