1990 300zx car horn goes off when battery's connected

my car's horn goes off when i connect the battery, hood not bolted on but i still latch it, engine ran perfect before this, cant start they engine because of this please help asap!!!

Your factory alarm unit is engaging the killswitch, most likely because of the hood sensor switch. Try putting the key in the driver's side door and turning the key clockwise (unlock) two times, to see if that disables it. If not, you're most likely going to have to disconnect the factory alarm unit, at least until you can figure out which sensor is causing the alarm to trip (most likely hood sensor switch). The alarm controller is located above the ECU, under a bracket. Unplug it and you should be fine.
