1990 300zx 2+2 rotor (total newb question)

are the rotors interchangeable from 1990-1996? i bought some rotors off of ebay they said 91-96 i couldnt find the specs in my shop manual.. but there were others for sale sayin 90-96.. and the site i was using for tech. advice (300zxclub.com) their server got sold and they are off line for who knows how long....i just dont want to waste my money on rotors that wont work. Thanks if you can help

yes, but there is a difference between NA and Turbo.

i asked a mechanic friend of mine and he said that if my car was a 1990 model made before March 1990 or if it was a 1990 model made in 1989 that i had to use diff rotors is this true or just B.S.?
