Are the headlights bright or really dim? Have you tried to have someone give you a jump? Did you give the engine a once over to see if anything has come unplugged?

Just mentioning the basics. Beyond that you would probably need to find out how to tell if the starter itself is dead or not.

no matter what...it cant be the starter if it wont jump start.....cause it should jump start iff the starter is bad....i have the same problem as you are bro....lets solve this out...it wont click right? well check out your ignition wires. and look for a black/yellow wire...and see if it is cut or not and reconnect it and see if it cranks...might be it...for me i just got my car to crank from where your stage is at...but mines not starting ....just cranks....

Why couldn't it be the starter if it won't jump? I'm not disagreeing because I don't know a whole lot, but I was under the impression that the starter being bad would be a reason you couldn't jump start?

your car should be able to be push started even if your starter is bad if its a manual...but if it doesnt push start then its not your starter...could be too but then the starter wouldnt really be the problem...check your relay switch...or your ignition switch...
