1990 240sx w/s13 sr20det need help troubleshooting (getting desperate)

I finally got my s13 sr20 in and got everything wired up according to the wiring harness diagrams that i've found on here and the starter wont click we tested the voltage and it's getting power it's just not starting i've checked everything i can think of even tried turning on the lights to see if they went dim when i tried to start it but they stay bright so i assume its not stuck i need help as soon as possible im getting desperate cuz i need the car out of the garage..im open for any suggestions...Also we tried to bump start it and it doesnt sound like its gettin spark either so ne and all help is welcome

Your starter signal wire is hooked up? You can remove it a bench check it.

hey im new to all this but i have the same swap and what i noticed is there are like 7 grounds on this particular swap so check your body and starter grounds there needs to be at least 2 grounds from the starter... let me know-
