I recently purchased a 1990 240sx hb with a redtop swap. everything is fine except the compressors not installed and cant figure out how the compressor mounts with the aftermarket bracket .also possible dude sold me a bogus bracket!!(probobly not ,more than likely im just mentally challenged)any links, pics or info GREATLY APPRECIATED!

this might help you i'm not sure http://www.sportcompactcarweb....lvia/ i've just cut and rewelded the a/c lines on the sr compressor to make sr/ka lines but that's me, i don't know what other people do.

The AC lines you need to keep from the clip or like Steve s14 said, get em cut and brazed. An aftermarket bracket eh? I think that sounds a bit bogus to me. The compressors are easy enough to find with the bracket and idler pulley, or that's how I sold my set at least.

bought a new sr20det compressor from heavy throttle for 129$ shipped. a little price-e I think but guy said if I have any problems he'll send another 4 free.thanks for the link it clearly identified and verified my new compressor. also enjuku recomended a auto ac place that Ive heard of to fabricate the line conversion(ice cold ac? - orlando)thanks all, this site rules
