1990 240sx S13

Im in the process of buying a 1990 240 from a friend and plan on turning it into a drift machine but i don't know to much about 240s. i plan on doing an SR20 swap. are there any parts i will need in order to do the swap, and is there any advice you could give me before any wrenches are turned to make the swap go smoother?
