1990 240SX S13 front sidemarker lights

I have got a very easy to answer question (for you), I live in Germany, the electricial system of my 1990 240SX fastback KA24E had to be modified due to law restrictions.

Now I want to restore complete stock condition, my question is do the front sidemarker lights flash with the turn signals? At my car they are always on when the light is turned on.

No. They light up as parking lights only.
