I just bought this 240 and have had nothing but problems with it. It still has the KA24E motor in it. The car is running really rich under full throttle and under load. I am confused about what is wrong. I have already installed a different maf, ecu, and ETC. I am starting to think it is the thermostat because the car does not seem to warm up correctly and stay warm. Would this cause the engine to run extremely rich? Thank you!

Yes it can. If you dont get to operating temp the ecm will keep the car in cold enrichment.
