i recently aquired a 1990 240sx coupe.... needing some work... we got the engine all put together, timing on the dot and everything.... the problem is... when you start it it runs for maby 3 seconds then dies... could this be caused from the fuel injectors leaking or the fuel pump going out??? because the pump comes on and seems to pressure up, and the injectors click with the key..... could it be the regulator going bad and flooding it???? i need some serious help... please anyone it would be appriciated... thanks

Since you took the valve cover off to time it, theres a good chance you forgot about a ground that is located in the back right hand corner of the cover/head. We felt stupid after trying and trying and then realizing, "hey, yeah, its not hoked up.." Ran great after that.

Yea, well, I talked to my bro, he tried splicing an R33 MAF when his stock one died. The R33 one was what caused it to sputter and crap out every other minute. I didn't see the point on a stock KA but hey. MMFCL.
