i have a stock 240 and having a couple problems, first is my clutch or transmission ... it wont go into gears properly somtimes it grinds and i had my clutch changed recently also my clutch doesn't go al the way up the the proper hieght could this be air in the clutch? iono ... and ummm the overflow tank for my coolant over flows however i changed everything radiator, fan clutch, waterpump, radiator cap which is 13 lbs should be stock, and hoses ... if anyone could give me some advice... rebuild transmission and change clutch? and iono what needs to be done for the cooling systems cause the car doesnt over heat but seems to have alot of pressure within the hoses after i drive ... thats why i think the coolant leaks... and umm seem to see rust inside the radiator even though everythings new ... what you guys think?

bleed the clutch line and see if the problem persists. also is the pedal getting depressed all the way?

it's normal for coolant to escape to the overflow tank, but not to the point where it overflows from the overflow. how far are you filling the overflow tank and is the air bled from your cooling system?

As far as the clutch goes someone may not have changed the hydraulic fluid correctly, you could have a bubble in your clutch dampener. This will cause improper engagement of the clutch or lack thereof thus the grinding. Don't keep driving it this way. Drain/Refill fluid.

Coolant...sounds like a stuck t-stat.
