1990 240sx : No power to anything on rear hatch

Fuses and relays are good, but my Wiper, Brake Light, Defroster and rear washer fluid do not work.

Tested them with a voltage meter and nothing back there is getting power. The rubber grommets from the hatch to the car near the hatch hinges are good, and not tore or punctured.

Is tyhere a common place that these things fail, all the wiring is perfect and connected to the devices, the brake light bulb is good, the defroster has no broken filaments and both of its connectors are connected.

Any ideas?

And it must be a ground that is for all devices because I would highly doubt that if they all had separate grounds, they're all faulty.

I've had most of the rear interior panels out, the one that is the back seat area.... and the wiring looks all good.

I'm lost as to what the heck is causing this, I could care less about the wiper and washer fluid but I really need that rear defog.

Anyways, is there a specific ground for these rear devices? Somewhere to start?
