1990 240sx: Look at photo, advice on damage?

The previous owner of this car got backed up into and this was the result, after he attempted to touch it up. I bought the car and I have hopes to improve what he tried to accomplish. What kind of job am I looking at here? What parts need to be replaced? I'd at least like to put in a new side marker light and antenna. Thanks

Well, it depends how involved you want to get. I suppose replacing the entire rear quarter panel would be the "approved" method, but very expensive/intensive. The dent's don't look too bad, I'd guess they could be hammer and dollied and then gone over with some filler and then you'd want to respray the entire quarter probably. The bumper should be easily fixed using some 'glass filler and a respray. Antenna and marker light are pretty straightforward replacements.
