1990 240sx EGI relay clicking

alright so i have a 1990 240sx KA24E and everytime i turn the key off and take it out the EGI relay starts clicking its not a fast click but its a click like every 30 seconds, also the battery light goes on when i take the key out of the ignition as well. so i really need help guys any ideas would be appreciate it and i already replaced the clicking relay and the new one still clicks WTF man this is dumb the alternator is good. and its the EGI Relay(green one), Thanks.
