1990 240sx coupe stereo problems

i have 90 coupe with the hud. it didn't work and fixed the capicitor but died 2 days later. so i replaced the set with an jdm analog cluster. it works fine but my stereo and interior lights don't work now. there were 33 wires to the old harness and 27 to the new. but whats wrong. i just want my stereo to work. it is a sony head unit.

If it's an AM HU, I'd take it to a shop that specializes in AM HUs.
