car starts great in morning holds idle at stop lights and thru turns just fine, until it warms up to normal operating temp. Then it dies when slow down to turn or come to a stop light, then it wont restart for several hours and i repeat the same process....... what can it be?

i know a coolant temp sensor can really mess things up. get a multimeter and check it to see if its in specs.

Next time it dies, pull a spark plug and see if it's covered in gas.

well . i have replaced, fuel filter, coolant sensor, air filter, cleaned everything around the tb w/ carb cleaner and it still wont stay running........... if i can get it to start in my driveway it will run for around 5 min and then just die and not restart for awhile, when it does restart it smells and sputters and coughs then finally clears out and runs like a champ til it gets warm and dies again.....ugh!

sounds like your motor's flooding. Check the injectors and while you're at it, change the coolant temp sensor.

was the old air filter cruddy looking/wet? AIV system still hooked up to the air filter box?
