I have a 1990 Nissan 240SX w/KA24E. I have decided for temporary use, or at least as long as I can without overheating my car, to attempt to use my A/C condensor fan as an EFan.

I have removed my A/C Compressor, most of the lines and the canister thing with eye on it. I couldnt find out much about how the condensor fan engages because I found a blown fuse for it, which we be replaced this afternoon.

I need to know as much as possible about the wiring that controls the fan. The compressor had an electrical connection for engagement (unhooked of course since the compressor/belt is gone). Then there are 2 electrical connections to the a/c fan. The one I dont know where it goes exactly, but the other i found goes directly to the lower hose on the radiator.

What does each wiring do, and how could I make the fan turn on and off at will by use of a toggle switch? Prefferably by the A/C button, if possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is urgent. I removed my clutch fan because it siezed, and need some sort of cooling fan.

Also, while I have this question posted, i might as well as my other. I just purchased the MSD Blaster 2 Coil because my old coil was shot. Does the KA24E need the .8ohm ballast resistor that MSD says I may need to use this coil? Also it said something about points style ignition setup. A friend said i should just hook it up, but i wanted to be sure first.

I read on MSD tech, for someone else ,that if the coil input in "on" position (engine off) reads 7-9 volts, no resistor is needed, but 10-12volts one is needed. I voltage checked my coil input power and it read 11.9volts, but im so confused it isnt funny.

Thank you for any help.
