1990 240 sx KA24E idles rough in drive

in drive it idle at like 500 and in park it idle at like 800 to 900, it still shakes (engine rocks side to side) but not as bad as in drive? im going to buy spark plugs today and see if its because of bad spark plugs, and i got my timing chain fixed a month ago (timing chain kit) no more ticking yayyy!!! just the rough shaking conserns me!!!! i dont know what to do im new at this! also when i rev and and as revs go back down (for like a second) i here a "ZINGING" nosie like something spinning or loose, but it only does that when i rev it up to 4500 rpms.....im lost here....any suggestions i would appreciate it! im off today ima work on the car, i was gonna paint but its raining lol

What shape are the motor mounts in? Could be they need replaceing.

i dont know i gotta look at them, also i notice when i turn the fan on 4 the idling get rougher and shakes more, also the car has no heat how do i put heat in it (heater core?)
