first i want to say thanks in advance for helping me out. in the last 3-4 months of driving this car i noticed that the trans stated to make noise vibrate a little bit and it started to progress to a stronger vibration and louder noise . I decided to change out the clutch and when removing the trans i noticed their was alot of shaft play on the trans and decided to get a new/used trans. got the trans installed with new clutch pressure plate throw out bearing and the fly wheel was sanded and cleaned, did not see the need to resurface the flywheel. well anyways once installed i started driving the car and noticed their was alot of vibration coming from the trans. i could feel the vibration when in neutral and in all gears. it felt like the whole assemble was off balance and was shaking itself to death. on the way back home i lost the clutch and had to get it towed. pretty much the clutch was ripped apart. well my question is what would cause this to happen and what do i need to replace to get it fixed. ------> http://i572.photobucket.com/al...5.jpg <---- link of broken clutch

My first intinct is the flywheel. Since the flywheel was the only thing that stayed when you did the swap and it is direct contact with the clutch disc. It's also probably the reason why the input shaft on the old transmission was shot.Either replace it or at least have a machine shop check on it's balance.

Pilot bearing was also replaced?? And then do what Cone Junky says, take the flywheel to a shop.

Is the clutch disc even worn? s***ty picture- can't tell. Make sure you installed everything correctly. Make sure clutch was aligned. I don't know what else.

Having the balance checked on your flywheel should be next to nothing...Not to touch on a sore subject, but it probably would have been even cheaper to do before you put the transmission back together. Was the clutch alligned right? I've never seen that before. What did the throw out look like? Is there wear on it. The pilot bearing is like ten bucks...
