I got the SR started last week friday for it's first time in my care. do not have the d/p on connecting it to the exhaust. It smoked(white). I didn't have a radiator cap on it(It was snatched off by some mechanic ) , I got one and put it on that saturday.I then noticed it was leaking coolant when I turned it on again to check the smoke (no more smoke). and it only leaks when it's on (which would mean it's leaking under pressure).

It's leaking from the bolt on the flange where the coolant line connects to where the bearings are housed. (the middle.)I've tried tightening the bolt, it did leak a bit more then stop, then leak even more. but the bolt wouldn't tighten all the way....I believe the gasket that goes between the turbo and the flange for the oil line has gone bad/cracked or w/e. I've also tightened the clamps on the silicon hose as they werent tightened properly. I'm going to take the hose off and check it once I get some jack stands to get the car up, because I REALLY don't trust just a jack holding the car up.

The turbo is also not making as much boost as it used to when I rev it, and vacuum is at -19. I can only get it to 5psi at 6-7K.....is the turbo gone?

Thanks in advance.

Ok so you've got a coolant leak from the hardline to the bearing section of the turbo and an oil leak from where the hardline meets the turbo or from the return line?

Are these the stock hardlines with the banjo bolts and flare nuts?

Ok so I'm gonna assume everything is stock. This is gonna sound weird, but you still have those copper o-rings on those lines that are banjo'd? Next I'd check out the condition of the threads at the turbo housing and also at the hardlines. Those flared lines are pretty soft and can cross thread pretty easily.

If you're boostin that low, either your turbo's toast or you've got a boost leak somewhere. First though, fix those coolant/oil leaks before you figure that out. Also you usin the stock wastegate?
