1989 R32 Gts-t Type M - New Owner

Hey,My younger brother is going to look at a 1989 R32 GTS-T Type M tomorrow and he asked me to go with him. I'm a Volkswagen guy myself but I'd like to help him out as much as possible.

Anyway, the car is resprayed r34 blue, looks pretty clean despite some rock chips and a black fender. Basically I'm looking for any suggestions as to things I should look out for, or questions I should ask regarding the car. (Timing belt, fuel pump etc.)

The car has 105,000kms and comes with a spare rb20det and transmission.
