Sorry if i sound ignorant but im new at this whole thing folks....Heres the deal 89 hatch with a 92 motor when tracing all the wires in the harness we seem to be missing one that matches up with the starter solinoid. If ur lookin at solinoid theres a powered post with a black wire and also a single green wire with a plug on the tip... We cannot find the other end of this plug on our current wire harness does anyone know what that green wire does???? if so can i bypass it without making the car a push button start car???Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks FolksJohnn zer...id=17#http://forums.nicoclub.com/zer...id=17#

are you following the engine wiring harness trying to find the wire for the starter solinoid? I could be wrong, but I think the wiring for the starter is on the transmission harness.

the interlock relay is different for 89 and 91. not sure if they are compatible. the interlock relay for bothe are by battery. the ignition wire will come from the interlock relay.
