1989 240sx Tach and turning signal problems

My turning signals stopped working out of nowhere, but when i hit the hazard button, the front and rear lights flash. i realized that two of my side markers are not connected at all and the wiring is missing for it (not that it might be the cause of the problem since it runs on a parallel circuit) . i used a multimeter to see if voltage was going through the gauge cluster for the turn signals, and there was only voltage going through when the hazards were on. what might be the source of my problem?Also, my Tach does not work. I connected a new wire from the ecu to the gauge cluster to see if it was a bad connection, but it did not work.

Any suggestions? any help would be appreciated.
