1989 240SX low RPM idle on start and increase as car warms up

My car idle at 500 when I start it up and is runnng rough. After it has been running for about 10 minutes to warm up, the idle slowly increases to 1000 and hold. Engine smooths out also. Idle does not go up and down. I was told my ECU may be bad. Said injector 1 was not firing. Ohm out wire to injector and it seem OK. Found ECU on Ebay and replaced it. Same problem exist. Engine heads and timing chain has been redone months ago. Spark plugs and wires changed also. HELP!! What do you think is best to check next or go back and check. Thanks.

bump this...im having the same problem. i recently changed my injectors cause they were leaking but i changed to some used ones not new ones. cant afford it right now. dirty injectors maybe?

check your injector clips... some times they get dirty... make sure they are making a solid contact... or your MAFS also could be dirty...

the computer is doing that because it notices that the balance is off.. so it automatically adjust every thing to normal operation...

but if its way to off for the computer to fix... your check engine light will go on...

i let the car run for about 20min and the hotter it got the rougher it would idle till it just died
