I've been putting my intake back on after having some modifications done for a new EFI and got back to the fuel rail. I installed the injectors (newly rebuilt by Deatsch werks) and fuel rail but notice I have play on the nozzle side of the injectors. I can actually move the injectors about 1/8" and they can be turned with ease (rotated). As soon as I saw this I was a little concerned. They have new o-rings and spacers on the fuel rail side and a new spacer? on the nozzle side.

I used oil to install the injectors and the fuel rail side went in easily. The nozzle side more or less just is pressed up against the oppening? Any helpful input would be appreciated.

Hmm, that's not really supposed to happen, having that much play. I'd contact Deatsch Werks and see if they sent you #1 the right injectors, #2 if they've got anything that they can think of that could fix that up.

I'm assuming that you've also changed out the seats for the injectors at the manifold?
