Welcome to NICO.

The E brake cable goes from inside the car thru a hole in the tunnel back to the rear suspension. There are various places you can adjust it, and someone else might be better off telling you how to adjust your E brake.. You cant really get to the cables under the car terribly easy because theyre covered by the exhaust (I think)....

You can adjust it straight from inside your car, there is a hold in the ebrake boot.

you can figure it out from looking up from underneath the car. you'll need the cable that runs from the ebrake handle, the adjuster nut, and the two ebrake cables that run to each rear wheel.

two nuts? no, there is an adjuster nut at the ebrake handle. Lift the ebrake, and you'll find a hole in the rubber boot, in there with an 8mm deep socket you'll twist and turn an adjuster nut for your ebrake. The two that split off to your wheels are the ebrake cables. You can't miss them, they mount ala bolts to the caliper.
