What is the procedure for installing and removing the fuel injectors? Any special tools needed?

If you use the search button up top, youll find many write ups, some with pics. Be sure to lube up the rings when reinstalling, vaseline works great.

Spray the o rings with WD40, or liquid silicone :-)

Just need a ratchet set, some strength and some shop towels..

It is VERY easy.

well first of all u have to check ur injector if its working or not ur going to have to remove the connector and get an ohm metter and measure in ohms it should be reading about 11.7 ohms all of them.injectors 1-4

and then u take out the faulty one by screwing it out with a screwdriverafter that ur maybe going to have to but vasaline around the O ring or maybe wd-40 and ur goign to have to have to pull it out carfully without braking the plastic part or if u want just get some pliers and pull it off and brake it it still wont work right? and then just place the new injector make sure u place vaseline on the bottom of the o ring that way it will slip right in .and just screw it back on and connect it. and ur good to go.

oh yeah one thing maybe there would be some gasoline cloged inside from the previous non working injector u can just grab a towel and wipe it out carefull.

and u are around gasoline so just be carefull.
