The number 1 injector is not firing. Injector is good. Do you think it is the ECM. Where is the ECM located 1989 240SX? If it is ECM, know where I can get one at a good price?

The ECU is under the carpet on passenger side. It's to the right of where your feet would be if you were sitting in the passenger seat.

A little more info would be required before you can blame the ECU. Also, what did you do to rule out the injector? Might want to check the wiring to make sure there's no breaks, you'd probably need to look in the FSM to locate which wires you need to check. I'd be surprised if the ECU broke in a way that just one injector stopped getting signal, not saying it's impossible, just very unlikely.

Let us know some of the details of what you've done to check the injector and anything else you've tried.

fastest way to check harness side is w/ a GM style NOID light... plug it in & see if it flashes...

of course, w/ these 17 year old wiring, some people had to replace the corroded plugs to the fuel injectors themselves as well...--------------

hopefully, one of the 3 links to the free FSM would be working & help out n accessing the ECU/ECM... basically open pass side door, un-do the plastic door sill panel, then you can unbolt the kick panel...

there~ you'll see the ecm/ecu bolted on... u gotta unbolt it & turn it 180 degrees to see the LEDs & to use a screwdriver to put the computer to read trouble codes as stated on http://www.240sx.org FAQs section
