1989 240sx don't start

i have 1989 240sx automatic with ka24e motor,i took the starter out and it turn but when i put back the starter i turn the key all it does is makes one click sound and that it,also the black ground wire very hot can't figure it out check all fuses and all connector but it won't crank over.

the other problems is the the passenger and drive window don't work and neither does the power door lock ,can't find fuse for the windows or lock where would they be located at
