I wasn't going to post this, but I was bored and am a little curious as to what part of this went wrong.

I was installing my new stereo system (2 subs, 4 new door speakers, 2 amps) and everything was going great. Was finishing up by drilling holes in the backseat floorboard so I could mount my amps. It was a little bit of a pain because the insulation from the bottom my new carpet kept wrapping around the drill bit. I still had the armrest removed and noticed the rear mounting bracket for it. Now, at this time the battery was still connected (in my defense I was done with the electrical, and had already tested everything). I decided that I would put the drill bit sideways on the armrest mount and turn the drill on to scrape off the insulation. Well, apparantly the car didn't like this. The horn suddenly went off and wouldn't turn off. I quickly pulled the wires from the battery but too late. The A/C light will not come on now, the Cruise control is shot (not too worried about that one, I've removed it), cig lighter stopped working, and of course, the horn goes off continually.

I've check fuses but it all looks good. I am beginning to think it might be the relay's but i haven't checked those out yet. More importantly, I can not figure out what happened. Anyone have any ideas? It's blowing my mind.

Check your modules... YOu may have surged them somehow and blew them up... Let me know if it fixes it.

You are referring to the relay modules?
