Ok I'm new to the Nissan 240 scene. I have a battery drain that is plaguing me. Is this a common thing for 240's? Also where is the fuse box for S13's? I found the one under the hood, but I'm assuming they have another one?

Thanks for any inputSS33

they have 3one near the intake manifold and one near the driver side head light and one in the driver side kick panel look near your pedals there should be a little door you can remove easy enough. As for battery drain check to make sure there isnt any extra wires connected to your battery and look around for any lose wires not hooked up to anything.

Is your battery completely drained? Will your car turn over is it slow? Or does your battery keep a charge for a while then drain slowly? You can have your battery and alternator tested if you cant find any loose wires. Also check the Alt 75fl in the intake side fuse box.

You can take a test light and check for draw. Remove the negative battery cable and connect one end of the test light to the battery, and the other to the cable. If you have a draw then the test light will be on. Now pull the fuses one at a time while watching the test light. Start under hood first. When you pull a fuse and the light goes out then you have found the circuit. You will have to trace everything on that circuit to see what is still powered up. When you check the fuses inside the car remember to disable the inteior lights.

Do your light motors work? When I was in my first accident, my light motors would keep trying to go up draining the battery...

I don't remember on the door switch, if you can unplug it or tape it down so the interior lights won't be on. If you don't it will have a draw from the inside lights.
