I've never been able to find a suitable tool, but one can be improvised:

I just put M6 bolts IIRC into the threaded holes and use those to get leverage for turning the nut. The nut should not be on tight, so you just need something to ease rotating it. I can't put a torque wrench on it of course, but I usually use a dead-blow hammer to help seat the bearing (i.e., by pounding on the tire as I tighten the nut), and am able to get it tight before backing the nut off a little.
