Changed dual point injection to 32/36 weber. how can I reduce fuel pressure on a budget and what should the psi be?

Welcome aboard!

Weber carbs work best at 4 psi. However, you also need to know the volume of your current pump.

A high volume, low pressure pump should deliver roughly 60-75 GPH @ 4-5 psi. In that case, you should not need a fuel pressure regulator (FPR).

FPR can be used to deal with stock fuel pumps that put out too much pressure, but it restricts flow and causes loss of volume and can stress the fuel pump, causing failure.

If you use the stock pump and add a FPR, don't use a cheap one. Before you do anything, however, make sure the fuel pump is supplying adequate volume to keep the fuel bowl full.
